Healthy Me Workshop: We had a workshop delivered by Action Mental Health. We learnt about the importance of communicating our feelings and spoke about how it is much harder to control our thoughts and feelings than our behaviour. We will always have different thoughts and feelings and it is how we react to them that matters. We played an β€˜Emoji Charades’ game, where we had to guess what emotion was being performed. We played a number of games to help understand our feelings and emotions more. It was a great workshop!
