                                                                       Friendship Games

We are delighted to share that Fionn has been selected to represent Antrim in the                       Friendship Games, where Antrim will take on Dublin.

This is a fantastic achievement and a testament to Fionn’s hard work, dedication and talent.

We wish Fionn and all of his Antrim teammates the very best of luck as they travel to
        Dublin this Friday.

                                                           Lisburn Schools' Select Football Team
Congratulations to our P7s Jamie and Pearce who were selected after rigorous trials to earn a place on the Lisburn Schools’ Select Football team. They have trained throughout this term on Fridays and played several academy teams. As a big Celtic fan, I’m sure Jamie was delighted to score and win against the Rangers Academy team last Sunday.
Good luck to the boys for this weekend, as they travel down to Dublin to play their last game against top side Crumlin Utd. These boys have a bright future in sport.

Huge congratulations to both our boys' and girls' Gaelic teams following their wins at the Charlie Craig Tournament today. πŸ†πŸ†
Despite the heavy rain, both teams put on a class display of football, showing amazing skill and determination. We are delighted that they have managed to retain the cups for another year! πŸŽ‰
Once again, our pupils represented St Colman's with immense pride. A massive well done to all the players, and a big thank you to everyone who came along to support them.
A brilliant day out in Charlie's memory. 🌟

                                                                Outreach League Team
Well done to our P6/7 Outreach League Team who played brilliantly today at the final games. Some great skills and goals on display along with excellent sportsmanship and team spirit. Well done to Dara for being selected MVP during our league games.
Meanwhile, our P6 Cup team await their Cup Final game excitedly.

πŸ† Double Cumann na mBunscol Champions! πŸ†

A massive congratulations to our P6/7 Boys’ Gaelic football team who have completed the incredible double this year in the Cumann na mBunscol competitions, winning both the league and championship!

The boys produced a brilliant performance today against a very strong St Oliver Plunkett side. Trailing by a point at half time, they showed outstanding determination, resilience and teamwork to turn the game around. Despite difficult weather conditions, they dug deep, supported one another and pushed on in the second half to secure a fantastic victory, finishing strongly and deservedly lifting the title. A performance full of heart, grit and quality. Something they can be extremely proud of!

A special mention and huge thank you to everyone who helped make this success possible. The boys have been working incredibly hard over the past number of years to reach this level and their commitment has paid off. A massive thank you to Miss McGinn and Ms Hannaway for their dedication and support since September, alongside Coach James from St Paul’s GAA. We also want to recognise and thank all of the coaches from St Paul’s GAA and St Pat’s GAA, as well as our staff across the school, who continue to give their time to provide such valuable sporting opportunities.

These experiences are invaluable for our children, helping to build confidence, teamwork and lifelong memories.

πŸ‘ Well done boys! We are very proud of you all! πŸ‘
