Santa's Postbox
Santa's Postbox is open in the grounds of City Hall from 19 November - 18 December. So local children can make sure they get their lists to Father Christmas in plenty of time for the big day!

Every child who sends a letter will receive a personal response from the big man himself!

After the vote for our Film of the week the winning film was Arthur Christmas.

Arthur Christmas

An Aardman production for Sony Pictures Animation, at last reveals the incredible, never-before seen answer to every child's question: 'So how does Santa deliver all those presents in one night?'

The answer: Santa's exhilarating, ultra-high-tech operation hidden beneath the North Pole. But at the heart of the film is a story with the ingredients of a Christmas classic - a family in a state of comic dysfunction and an unlikely hero, Arthur, with an urgent mission that must be completed before Christmas morning dawns.

Ryan Kerins went to see the film and he has reviewed the film for us.

COMPETITION - Congratulations to last week's winner Daire Stevenson. He was presented with his award at assembly. He won a cinema ticket to the omniplex.
