FRIDAY NOTE WEEK 4 FRIDAY 23RD SEPTEMBER 2011

Friday 23 September 2011

IMPORTANT HEALTH AND SAFETY NOTICE - IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THOSE COLLECTING CHILDREN BY CAR AT 3PM COME TO THE SCHOOL BUILDING. IT WOULD BE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS TO EXPECT A CHILD TO GO TO A CAR IN THE MIDST OF ALL THE TRAFFIC MOVING IN AND OUT OF THE GROUNDS AT THIS TIME.

Health & Safety:

At 3pm there are approximately 300 children leaving school. About 150 of them are taken home by car. This is potentially a very dangerous situation for the children. It is essential that those collecting the children come to the school building. It would be extremely dangerous to expect a child to go to a car in the midst of all the traffic moving in and out of the grounds at that time. Our main concern is for the safety of all children. Thank you very much for your understanding and co-operation in this matter.
