First Holy Communion on Saturday 15th May at 10.00am. Children are to be at the church for 9.45am
First Holy Communion Notices
- Children in the choir/orchestra are to be at the church for 9.45. Those children who do not have a brother or sister making their First Holy Communion will remain in the church after the ceremony and must be collected from there.
- Photographer times have been allocated. Parents it is your responsibility to make your time slot. Anyone who misses their time slot will have to wait until the end.
Parents' Association Notices
Summer Fete: Saturday 22nd May from 11.00 - 1.00pm in St Colman's Primary School. Donations are needed for the bottle stall, book stall, cake stall, DVD stall and tombola. Please leave your donation with the school office. A flyer will be sent home on Monday with all the details.
Dates for your diary:
Third World Run: Sunday 23rd May in Ormeau Park. See Mrs Devlin for details
Sports Day: Tuesday 25th May for P1/2/3 and Wednesday 26th May for P4/5/6/7. Parents are more than welcome to come along to sports day which should start (weather permitting) at 9.15 and run until about lunchtime on both days.
Spring Bank Holiday: School closed Thursday 27th May to Monday 31st May (inclusive).
Sporting Notices:
GAELIC FOOTBALL for Girls this week has been CANCELLED
Hurling: training on Tuesday from 3-4pm
Soccer: Training for P6/7 only. SHIN GUARDS MUST BE WORN
Netball: Training on Wednesday from 3-4pm
Gaelic Sports for P4 pupils has finished for the school term. We hope to run this again in September
Judo: There will be no class next week due to the hall being set up for the summer fete. Judo will return on Friday 4th June.
After School Clubs:
Drama: Every Tuesday from 3-4pm
Arts & Crafts: Classes every Wednesday from 3-4pm
Rosary Club: Every Tuesday from 3-3.30pm
Irish Dancing: classes every Thursday from 2-3 and 3-4
French: Monday club: from 3.15 - 4.15 - P7 Thursday club: every Thursday from 3-4pm
Hip Hop: There will be no class next week due to the hall being set up for the summer fete. Classes will return on Friday 4th June.
FRUITY FRIDAY.
Next week's Fruity Friday will be .......strawberries . Your 25p and your order must be with your teacher by Wednesday. If the fruit of choice is not available an alternative will be provided by the fruit man.

Beef lasagne or ham & cheese wrap with chips or baked potato Milkshake & biscuit

Chicken curry or stuffed bacon roll with creamed potato & corn Fruit sponge & custard
Parents are reminded that ALL Dinner Money MUST BE PAID ON A MONDAY MORNING. The school office will no longer be accepting dinner money during the week, unless your child is absent from school on a Monday then dinner money will be accepted on their first day back. Dinner money can be paid by Cheque.
