FRIDAY NOTE WEEK 24 FRIDAY 10TH FEBRUARY 2012
Friday 10 February 2012
MID TERM BREAK: SCHOOL WILL BE CLOSED ON THURSDAY 16TH, FRIDAY 17TH AND MONDAY 20TH FEBRUARY.
Mid Term Break:
School will be closed on Thursday 16th, Friday 17th and Monday 20th February for mid term. School will reopen as normal on Tuesday 21st February.
Important Notice for Parents:
Following on from the various incidents involving the Lisburn Translink buses, I am asking for your help. We as a school have complained bitterly to Translink and the SEELB about the service and we are asking you to support the school regarding the same matter. It was Procurement in the SEELB who had the responsibility of managing the contract which ultimately resulted in Translink taking over the service. Translink inspectors can be contacted on 028 92664454 or Mr Gilmore in SEELB Procurement is 028 90566200. I can assure you that we will continue to monitor the buses for seatbelts in the afternoon and no child will be put on a bus that does not have seatbelts. As a result of the ongoing situation I would urge you to voice any complaints that you may have to Translink /SEELB as well as the school.
School Website:
Have a look on the website to see some photographs of our new school.
