At Colman's Parents Association Meeting will be held next week. All Welcome.

Thursday 9 February 2012

We are meeting again on Wednesday 15th February in the school cinema from 7 to 8.45pm.

We need to discuss the Gala ball, cinema nights and the easter ballots as well as the family quiz on 26th Feb. I would appreciate it if as many people as possible could attend. We have quite a bit to organise and the more people we have the easier it will all be.

St Colman's Parents Association is a voluntary organisation, which works independently from the teaching staff, with the sole purpose of raising much needed funds for our school

Chairperson - Damien Early
Secretary - Orla Hamill
Treasurer - Joanne Mervyn

Recent Successes;

Confirmation - The PA help provide the refreshments after the service

Christmas Bazaar - We could not have pulled it of with out the help and support of everyone involved. Your efforts have were rewarded as we managed to clear £2500 on the night and along with the £625 we received in sponsorship gives us a grand total of £3125. This is a fantastic result and thank you once again.

Quiz Night held in November raised £377

Can you help with information on the old school building?

As St Colman's prepares for life in a new school building, we are currently compiling information to produce a book on life in the old school building. We are looking for any info, cuttings, booklets, photos, anecdotal stories, etc. I can scan and return any documents, photos. You can contact Paul Brogan, by email stcolmanspa@hotmail.co.uk, or by phone 07775421377. All feedback is greatly appreciated.
