Kool Kidz

Wow what an exciting week it has been with all our planet protection programme initiative. If you want to find out more about everything that happened this week. We are delighted that we have been able to help our school and the RTU with their recycling and energy saving and that Graham are now helping our school with our efforts. We are also grateful to all our parents who have helped and to everyone who has signed up for the paperless Friday Note.

So many people joined in. Have you voted yet? Click at the bottom of the home page to vote. By Friday afternoon 40% of people had turned off 7-9 items. Well done. A lot of other people had turned off 3 or less items. Well done to these people too as they must already be very energy aware.

We found a great website to promote energy efficiency. Watch out for the energy hogs who zap all the energy from your home! www.energyhog.org/childrens.htm

Plastic Fantastic

Well done to everyone who has been reusing their bottles and not throwing them out at lunch time. We discovered that people also bring plastic bottles out at break. Out P6 Planet Protectors (Gary and Owen) collected them and they want to make a sculpture out of the collected bottles. We can't wait to see it.
